CNC Formed 3/16" thick baseplates contour to the unibody with mounting secured in the thicker portion of the sill for maximum strength. All primary tubes are 1.75 x .095 wall DOM tubing. Rear-X constructed from 1.5x.090 wall DOM tubing to save weight. Two piece construction for easier installation and UPS ground shipping to your door. CNC machined solid steel couplers join halves together while maintaining same tube OD throughout the joint for a clean finish. MIG welded with precision weld fixtures to ensure production consistency and accuracy. Includes CNC formed 1/8" backing plates with metric grade
