Y504 — Kinesis Pouch to Generic Belt Adapter

Adapter to carry older style Kinesis pouches onto a non-Kinesis backpack waist belt. Most Kinesis pouches have a belt loop or KATS which you can slide your pants belt through -- for those times when you don't want to use a regular Kinesis belt. Is only effective when used with a selective few Kinesis pouches that still utilize our TwinBuckle attachment method. The slot is only 7cm (3") wide and not large enough for a heavily padded backpack belt. Because heavy backpack belts don't fit through this slot, we have devised this simple, lightweight adapter. You can attach any Kinesis single- or double-wide pouch (or two single-wides) to a non-Kinesis pack belt. Wrap the pair of vertical straps around your belt, cinch down and then attach your pouch(s) to the adapter. Will attach to any models/brands of packs such as: Kelty, Osprey, Lowe Alpine, Mountainsmith, Gregory, REI, EMS, Dana, etc. This product will also hold Lowepro Street & Field pouches with SlipLock attachment method (slip the tab behind the adapter).
