These strap have a rubberized sticky material on them to lock the cage in place. You can mount it anywhere on the bike frame, even where there are no mounting holes. Fits up to frame tube diameters to 80mm.  Richard’s Recommendation For long self-supported rides, especially gravel grinding, extra fluids are mandatory.
