Guatemala Dos Ninas

Single Origin/Direct Trade Tasting Notes: Sweet lemon, honey and dates This washed Caturra varietal comes to us from Dos Ninas Importers, a direct trade importing company started by two sisters who are 4th generation coffee farmers at Finca San Luis El Volcancito. Their farm is nestled in the mountains in the region of Santa Rosa, Guatemala, at the base of its’ own volcano. These sisters and their family of farmers take great pride in the quality and traceability of their coffee, and it shows in the incredible and consistent taste profile of the cup. We fell in love with this coffee from our first sip, it has a honey and date syrupy sweetness with hints of sweet lemon acidity at the finish that makes for a very comforting and delicious cup of coffee.
