Little Gem is a fast growing dwarf evergreen tree with very large white fragrant cup shaped flowers that bloom in spring through summer.  The narrow glossy dark green leaves have rust-brown undersides.  Best color in full sun and moist, slightly-acidic, well-drained soil.   Type:  Tree Height:  20' - 25’ Spread:  10' - 15' Spacing:  12’ USDA Hardiness Zone:  7 - 9 Culture:  Full Sun, Part Sun Bloom Color:  White Season of Interest:  Spring, Summer, Year-Round MAINTENANCE NEEDS:  Low Maintenance.
