Produced with select first harvest leaves shaded for 20-25 days, Kohata is built on the Samidori cultivar which is famed for its soft sweetness, bright green color and elegant finish. We love this Matcha for a lighter more refreshing experience. Expect a lot of beautiful Uji Aromatics - the unique ambrosial aroma of the spring. Add 2g of Matcha to 70ml of water at 180 degrees F. Whisk vigorously in a z pattern for 30 seconds with a matcha whisk.
