Star Print Piper Paper Bag skirt

Piper skirt is completely homemade from 100% cotton Patriotic Stars of different sizes and prints on a royal blue background. The Piper skirt is a paper bag style skirt using 3/4" inch elastic in the casing forming a small ruffle above the casing.  Skirts have a 5/8" hem.  Sizes are available from 6 mths- 10.  All fabrics are pre-washed prior to sewing to ensure minimal shrinkage. ***To keep your handmade items looking their best, it's recommended to wash them inside out in a gentle setting with mild detergent.
