Patient Assessment System Sticker
The Patient Assessment System Sticker (PAS) is the newest addition to our Kit Fox Outfitters Information Series line of stickers. The sticker is a quick cool looking reference for the patient assessment system that we teach in our Wilderness First Aid courses. If you don't have your pocket check list this sticker is a great resource that can be placed on water bottles, gear or even car. The sticker is good training aid and reminder of PAS (patient assessment system). Being in San Diego we took our inspiration from the Coronado Islands or also known as Islas Coronado. The three islands represent the three triangles of the Scene Survey. The ocean represents the S.T.O.P. (Stabilize, Think, Observe, Plan). The first island is Scene Size Up: Safety/PPE Resources Mechanism of Injury (MOI) The second island is Primary Survey: Nervous System Circulatory System Respiratory System The ocean represents S.T.O.P.: Stabilize Think Observe Plan The third island represents Secondary Survey:
