This is one of them: two super fine layers of black and white gingham cotton that are joined together by a mustard embroidered detail that create a geometric pattern. Because the two layers are so light, the drape is really soft - not stiff or starchy like a traditional shirting - and looks great in a blouse. At 100% cotton, this fabric lacks stretch.
