Here you'll receive insight and support for using your steam practice to be guided back to your truth and held in claiming it.  The Details: 55min 1:1 session with Kit, our founder. Upon purchase receive a booking link to schedule onto Kit's calendar Mon-Thursday 9am-4pmET.  Please arrive to the Zoom with a nourishing/hydrating drink, clothes that you can move comfortably into child's pose/table top if called, and in a space that allows you to be in eyes-closed quiet stillness. If you happen to have easy access to candle and match, bring em along too.  That's it. Everything else will flow. Kit will hold you in a potential combination of breath, meditation, movement, and Q&A with the intention of you leaving the session feeling clear in your intention and your ability to receive it from your steam practice.
