This Chef's Slotted Turner is specially designed to flip delicate foods. The turner is lightweight, and razor-thin, so it can flip eggs, fish, and crepes. It is also strong enough to lift heavier foods like hamburgers. The long slots allow excess grease to drain. Full-tang construction, measures 11" long by 3" wide. The turner shown is best for left-handed cooks, but a right-handed version is also available. Dishwasher safe. Made in Massachusetts since 1837.
