Mrs. Anderson's Artisan Bread Lame with 15 Blades

Mrs. Anderson's Baking Artisan Bread Lame scores dough to control expansion of the loaf as it bakes and create a pattern in the baked bread. Made from 18/8 stainless steel and Romanian Beechwood. Comes with 15 double-edge dough scoring blades. Easily scores raised dough without causing damage or unwanted compression. Simply draw blade across dough before baking. Scores in both directions, for left and right-handed bakers. Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Caution: blades are sharp.
