The 4-inch blade, made from high-quality German knife steel, is specially crafted for children with a 32° sharpening angle — sharp enough to safely glide through fruits and vegetables, but less sharp than an adult chef’s knife. A rounded tip and extended finger guard protect little fingers, while the hand guard and ergonomic handle (made from natural materials) ensure a stable, secure grip. Made in Germany.
