There is an additional opening for power on the opposite side, with an included low-voltage separator. The post is perfect for decks, boat docks, and concrete walkways. The material is a heavy-duty UV rated plastic that won't chip or fade, the color will always stay black.  The box meets 2021 NEC section 406.9 code, for in-use weatherproof covers outdoors. Now you can have power anywhere needed outdoors, just run the wires into one of the two knockouts.
