Despite its small footprint, this unit boasts a conveniently large, 35 degree angled food chute which, combined with an ergonomically designed handle and a smooth stainless steel ball bearing chute slide, makes slicing product at anywhere from a 0"; to 9/16"; thickness a breeze. The Globe G10 slicer includes a removable, easy-to-clean chute, slice deflector, knife cover and all metal knife sharpener that is sure to keep the hard chromed knife razor sharp, while a permanently attached knife ring guard, knife cover interlock and no-voltage-release relay system provide superb operator safety. Featuring a 1/3 hp motor, this slicer is designed for 1 hour of use per day-- it is not suitable for continuous, heavy use and should only be used to slice a minimal amount of cheese. The Globe G10 10"; manual slicer requires a 115V electrical connection and is ETL and NSF Listed.
