I call them inclusions because from birth we have to have them or we die. Mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents all can either cause us joy or grief. If we focus on human beings for our worth, appreciation, love, purpose, and all other quests to fulfill life as it continues along, we will undoubtedly uncover loss, pain, and hurt.
