Character Pineapple Cake Class

Make our modern take on traditional pineapple cakes! A flaky spiral crust meets a sweet jam-filled center, for the perfect melt-in-your-mouth treat. Symbolizing luck and prosperity, these cakes are a cultural icon and different versions of them are popular in countries across Asia and Southeast Asia. In this experience, you'll learn how to bake a batch of your own and turn them into your favorite characters. Details You'll Need: We'll be working with ingredients so we suggest wearing comfortable clothes that you wouldn't mind getting a little dirty :) Design inspiration - Please bring photos to use as a guide when designing your pineapple cakes if you have an idea in mind. Location: 393 Broadway, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10013 Duration: 3 hours - Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts to ensure enough time for check-in. Things to Note... Due to the structure of the class, we require at least 6 participants per class. If a class does not reach the minimum number of participan
