New York Bagel Workshop

Inspired by classic New York-style bagel traditions, our workshops brings the iconic chewy bagel to life! Learn how to craft bagels from scratch as you mix, boil, shape, and bake them just like the pros.  This hands-on class is the perfect morning activity or a fun, social outing with friends. Our chefs at Kitsby will guide you through every step of the process, from dough development to adding on your very own toppings to make a customized cream cheese for that perfect New York bagel.  At the end of the class, take home freshly baked bagels and your own mixed cream cheese + toppings to enjoy!
