Snake Ribs Necklace

This piece was created using a colorful green, yellow and red bloodstone, electroplated in 100% copper with real snake ribs.  Bloodstone, also known as heliotrope, is a member of the chalcedony family. It is associated with courage, creativity, and calmness. Snakes are associated with immortality, health, and patience. The large banded watersnake was found in Florida after being hit by a car. This piece comes on a 24-inch antiqued copper box chain.
