Topaz Swallows Necklace

Sterling. silver with a liver of sulfur patina, 19" chain and hook clasp. A 60 ct topaz with lots of inclusions, 26mm x 15.1mm x 15.3mm. It has a high dome. The setting is blackened swallows over satin finished clouds, 1.44" x .67" x .742". The topaz reminded me of Tiepolo ceilings when I looked through all the inclusions on the stone. I used swallows instead of angels. The setting was modeled on the computer in Zbrush, 3d printed, cast and blackened with a liver of sulfur patina. The silver has been waxed. I cut the topaz.
