Splashing Whale Raincoat

Adorable hooded raincoat with a happy whale embroidered on the back, and soft cotton lining accented with white polka dots.  Velcro strips around each sleeve to prevent rain splashing into the sleeves. An attached large D-ring for easy leash attachment.  Velcro Closure. A small D-Ring attached above the first velcro to add on a "Klippo" charm or ID tag!  (Each outfit comes in its own Klippo logo charm.)
