Medium Roast This coffee blend was formulated to be a cold brewed coffee, and it has rich and delicious flavor notes of blackberry jam and dark chocolate cake.  When prepared hot, it tastes a little more berry forward and the chocolate cake flavor is a bit sweeter, which is great if you prefer to do an iced coffee!  Our favorite way to drink it is as a cold brew, but no matter how you choose to prepare this coffee, you will absolutely love it! Blend:  Washed process Guatemala, and natural process Ethiopia Suggested cold brew ratio: 1 part coffee, 8 parts water Suggested hot brew ratio: 1 part coffee, 15 parts water
