Marinated Rolled Pork Shoulder is a thicker cut of pork shoulder in our sweet and savory marinade. Instead of cutting across the pork shoulder, we cut along the surface in a uniform thickness, which allows for a cut that is perpendicular to the typical cut, thereby providing a different texture. Each pack contains 2-3 portions (1 lb of meat + ~0.3lb of marinade) of premium marinated rolled pork shoulder (uncooked) which can be conveniently stored in your freezer for up to 3 months.  Net Weight Transparency At Kmeatbox, we prioritize transparency regarding the precise net weight of the meat in each of our marinated meat packs.
