Big Chill Pill Chain Necklace

Our new "Big Chill" Necklace is slightly larger than our original chill pill, and lays horizontally.  The pill itself functions as the clasp, with a "screw closure".   18K gold vermeil and enamel chill pill on gold filled rope chain. Available with black, turquoise, red, or pink sky enamel. Sterling silver chill pill with black enamel on sterling silver rope chain. Chill pill measures 0.75 inches and functions as a "screw closure" clasp. Total necklace length is 17 inches.
