The story: I was recovering from a minor surgery and my brain started wandering. What colors would be cool on a Baby Banter? When I should have been resting, I grabbed my laptop and started playing with an idea: what if I designed a Baby Banter that looks like a pair of Jordans? I'm not a sneaker head, but the idea of a knife that matched one of the most iconic shoes of all time seemed right. And then I got thinking: what made the sneakers iconic? Jordan did. The Chicago Bulls did. As a sad and sorry Jazz fan, it just felt... right. Maybe even a little iconic. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. I played with the color palette, pulling from the 90s, snagging from the 80s.
