Gluten-free Sourdough Sesame Bread. We use hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter (no commercial yeast) and ferment for 24 hours. This loaf can go savory or sweet, and has a beautiful black and white sesame crust on top! Organic black and white sesame seeds are mixed into the dough, and dusted on top.
