Beginner Sewing: Tote Bag -September 20, 10:30am-1:30pm

Make your own unique reversible tote bag! This is a great first sewing project.  Using your own sewing machine or one of ours, you will learn the basics such as: how to thread it properly, what tension is all about, and how to follow pattern directions. This class will set you up to succeed with sewing! Class Difficulty Rating: 1 Instructor: Caroline White Materials Needed for Class - Available at Knit & Bolt 1/2 yard exterior fabric (quilting cotton) 1/2 yard interior fabric (quilting cotton) 5/8 yard canvas (1/2 yard if not pre-washing) 1 1/2 yards webbing (1” to 1 1/4” wide) Thread OR Check out Knit & Bolt's Beginner Tote Kit, which bundles together all the materials. Please pre-wash your fabrics before class.
