Mora Precision - Stainless Knife
The Mora "Precision Knife" has a small, narrow stainless steel blade, and is designed for fine detail work, like fine carving or scrimshaw. I use one as a paring knife in my kitchen and it works great. The combination of full-sized handle and small blade gives you lots of control over the tip of the blade. The plastic handle features a guard in front and a hooked pommel in the back, for a more improved grip, and the handle is almost symmetrical, meaning that it would be equally comfortable when held with the blade edge facing up or down. The handle click-locks securely into the plastic sheath, and the sheath clips onto your belt. Mora knives are priced inexpensively but still have very high quality production values and could last you a lifetime if not abused (and even if they are abused, they still hold up surprisingly well).
