Mora Wood Carving Basic Knife

As the name implies, this is an excellent quality "all around" utility knife.  This is a solid, functional wood carving knife with a stainless steell blade.  The narrow and thin blade makes it an excellent choice for small detail work, and the combination of a small blade with a ful-sized handle means lots of control for carving tougher materials.  The plastic handle isn't rubberized but the styled guard and hooked pommel make it easy to keep a firm grip.  The handle is mostly symmetrical, which means that it's equally comfortable to hold the knife with the blade facing up or down.  The knife securely click-locks into the plastic sheath.  This is a great quality, very useful carving knife that will last you a long time.
