Our crossbody belt/ fanny pack bag is inspired by the adorable Otters that deliver mail to the residents of Crescent City.  Bag Description: In reference to these adorable creatures, we created a fun-size bag that is interchangeable. This bag can be worn as a fanny pack across the waist or chest or as a purse off the shoulder. The Special Delivery bag has a zipper closure and a back pocket with a metal snap. The seaweed colored strap has a buckle closure for easy wear. The inside of the bag has a multicolor seaweed lining.
