Ceremonial grade Matcha from Kogoshima Japan. Falvor notes: Sweet, rich, earthy nuttiness, grassy. Brew method recommendation: Sift 3 to 5 gram matcha into bowl, add about 56 grams water (2oz) at 165F and just above the bottom of matcha bowl, whip vigorously with the wrist, using a back-and-forth motion in the shape on the letter M until the tea is aerated and a fine, creamy foam forms on the surface, approximately 15-25 seconds. Enjoy hot or cold using milk of choice. Each bag contains approximately 10 to 16 servings.
