12" Spoon for serving or stirring in the big pots!  Made from carbon steel coated with porcelain enamel in a two coat process that results in a slightly textured surface. This makes each spoon unique in color patterns and coverage. The naturally non-stick surface compares to glass and is easy to clean, too! Oven and dishwasher safe. Do not leave in standing water.
