Magnum boots is a spin off of Hi-Tech Sports founded in 1974 by the legendary Frank van Wezel. When the FBI training center, yes that FBI, needed a lightweight, athletic and comfortable tactical boot, Magnum Boots was born. With their foot firmly in the door of the first responder industry they then expanded into providing “sporting options” for law enforcement training.  With their pedigree for making durable, athletic tactical boots, the move to PT style trainers was an obvious choice.
