The "CAT Holder" pouch is a way to both protect your North American Rescue Tourniquet from abrasion or exposure to the elements and have it available to you whenever you need it. Suited for plate carriers & belts, you can mount it horizontally or vertically to your preference with the MOLLE compatible strap or belt loop snaps. The pouch's flap is easy to use in stressful situations. Simply grab the large pull tab underneath the "TQ" lettering and pull up to reveal the TQ and quickly extract.
