Misutgaru Tea is made from 15 different types of finely ground roasted grains and yam, including rice, black sesame, sticky rice, whole wheat, black rice, oat, germinated brown rice, job's tears, barley, potato, millet, red bean, and black bean. It is sweet tasting and very filling, such that Koreans will often have Misutgaru Tea as a quick breakfast or as a meal replacement when pressed for time!
