Château Pontet-Canet 2019 Since 1989, Château Pontet-Canet located in Pauillac, Bordeaux’s Medoc peninsula, has produced some of the finest and most sought after wines in the world. To this day, it holds its reputation as being one of the leading and most historical French wineries. One of the best vintages from the early 2000's, the Château Pontet-Canet Grand Cru 2003 is a beautiful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. On the nose, a lovely balance of dark berries and toasty, wood notes followed by a palate that has impressive structure, velvety smooth tannins and an elegant, long finish. This stellar wine is by far considered one of the best of its decade and will be a pleasure to drink now, or will also age gracefully for a few more years.
