Honeycomb

Our honeycomb rounds are a unique treasure. The bees draw the small wax cells on an extremely thin wax foundation then fill the cells with ripened nectar and seal them with wax as the nectar becomes honey. This is a rare treat and not easily done during our short bloom periods. Honeycomb is great by itself, some even like chewing on the wax like gum. We like it as an ice cream toper or spread on toast.
