Brisket

An ultimate choice for the avid BBQ or smoker enthusiast! The brisket is also great cooked low and slow in an oven or slow cooker.  We have sizes typically varying from 3-7 lbs, however, sometimes we will have a whole "Packer" brisket at a massive 9+ lbs! **Briskets are cut in half into a point and a flat, the top or bottom half. If you would like to request a certain cut, please include a note with your order. Requests will be accommodated as long as the cut is in stock, but if not the alternate cut will be sent!
