Give yourself a gift with our delicious pasture raised Heritage Gloucestershire Pork spare ribs!  Gloucestershire pork is flavorful, succulent and well marbled with a more red meat color.  Our Gloucestershire  pork ribs slow cook beautifully in the oven, smoker or grill.  Meaty and flavorful when grilled or smoked without sauce or bursting with flavor from a good brushing of bbq sauce.   The Gloucestershire Old Spot pig is a heritage breed English pig long favored as pasture or orchard pig due to their excellent pasture feed conversion, adaptability, weather hardiness, and docile temperament.   At Kraus Family Farms our pigs enjoy sunshine, fresh air and a pasture environment.  We supplement feed from only locally sourced producers with high quality ingredients.   We do not use antibiotics, beta-agonists or other growth enhancing formulas.
