Pine Tar Sand - Foot & Hand Scrub We've added sand to our all-time best-seller, the Pine Tar Olive Bar. This bar is really great for the feet and "working hands". Used by gardeners, artists, craftsmen, painters, and mechanics too.  Made from 30 grit sand, and Swedish Pine Tar which is very healing.  A big benefit of making cold process soap "pan-style", is we have so much more freedom to add whatever we want to the soap. I once read that soap milling equipment can’t really handle the abrasives so they hardly add any. They do this to extend the life of their steel rollers and extruders. Kreamy Soaps, on the other hand, can really pour in the sand. Washing with this soap is like washing with an abrasive rock.
