What word you want in bold (Saints , Cowboys, Falcons, etc) this is what is stitched with the vinyl  2. What word/wording you want in cursive (New Orleans, Dallas, Atlanta) 3. What color combination you want for number 1 and 2  4. Any additional stitching on the sleeve. For example... a football, helmet. etc   We typically ship within 7-12 business days excluding weekends and holidays.  If you need something sooner, message us and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
