Porabala Rooted in Nature

Parabola : Rooted in Nature is a 24x36" original acrylic painting on 1.5" deep gallery wrapped canvas. This painting is a visual grounding meditation honoring the sacred rooted connection between the wild divine feminine and the living intelligence of nature. While drawing up the idea for this painting, I focused on visuallizing a portrayal of an ancient, wise mother nature goddess whose body is one with the forest. Rooted in trees, leaves, and fungi, she is both human and earth, her form dissolving into the living world around her. At the center of her chest glows a radiant portal—white and yellow light emanating like the breath of Spirit. This is the original network: not digital, but mycelial, ancient, and alive.
