Lila: Divine Play

Lila: Divine Play is an original 48x30" Acrylic on canvas painting by artist Krissy Whiski.   This painting explores the Hindu concept of Lila — divine play — through the image of a young girl blowing bubbles that become the universe itself.  Painted in rich, layered detail, this work is both a meditation and a celebration: a reminder to return to curiosity, imagination, and the freedom of play. The girl represents my own inner child, and perhaps yours too — the part of us that dreams without limits, explores without fear, and brings new worlds into being through simple acts of wonder.
