In this piece, I began experimenting with dimensional elements, introducing layered paper forms that push the surface outward and create sculptural moments within the composition. The textured forms interrupt the field of painted marks like small islands, giving the work a physical presence that shifts with light and shadow. The result sits somewhere between painting and relief, expanding the language of the Confetti series into something more tactile and architectural.
