Marigold Flowers + Mordanted Bandana

A special bundle for plant lovers. A combination of a mordanted cotton bandana and organically grown marigold flowers to start your natural dyeing journey. I grew these flowers in the 2024 growing season on my mini farm in Maryland.  Pre-Mordanted Cotton Bandana: A 100% cotton bandana pre-mordanted with natural ingredients, ensuring vibrant and lasting color results when using your pressed flowers for eco printing. The mordant process prepares the fabric to bind to the pigment from your flowers, making it easy to start your dyeing journey. Marigold creates a warm yellow dye and can shift to grey/green when iron is added as a mordant. These flowers were organically grown on my farm in Maryland. They were harvested in Fall 2024.
