External single halyard with stationary pulley truck, tie off cleat, base collar and hardware to fly one flag. Recommended flag size is 4' x 6'. Windloading at 103 MPH unflagged and 83 MPH flagged. Anodized or Powdercoated finishes available. Production time is approximately 4 weeks. Powdercoated finishes are silver, white, bronze or black.
