The Kryo® VJ Mixer Attachment is a vacuum-jacketed, cryogenic mixer attachment designed to whip up masterful culinary creations like artisanal ice-cream, gelatos, sorbet and other cryogenically-crafted delights. The mixer attachment is available for temporary events and/or permanent brick-and-mortar locations with the choice of push-button installation and programmable, operational controls.
