Garlic Grater Blue

This ceramic garlic grater is perfect for and afternoon snack or great for entertaining. This garlic grater was hand built from porcelain clay and measures about 5 1/2" x 5" x 1 1/2". Rub a peeled clove of fresh garlic (or ginger) along the center texture on the dish. Rub back and forth creating a flavored garlic paste. Drizzle with your favorite oil, let sit for a few minutes and enjoy dipping artisan bread for a delicious gourmet treat! Additional or alternative options include adding balsamic vinegar, Parmesan cheese, sea salt, crushed peppercorns, fresh herbs to the oil. Food, dishwasher and microwave safe. Hand washing is always preferred for any handmade clay piece.
