"Sound Mind" (2ft x 3ft mixed media on canvas)

In a time of prayer, I saw a steel crown with thorn-like peaks like barbed wire, beautifully sleek and it looked like it was being forged in fire. This is the word I received to go along with painting: Growing into the fiery, effective ministers of The Gospel that we are designed by God to be starts with knowing who we are in Christ and having full dominion over our minds. (Colossians 3:1-4) How do you set your minds and keep them set on what is above? -By putting all your focus on the Lord, whatever we think about most is what we become, what’s rolling around in your minds these days?  -Taking time each day to pray in the Spirit and read the Word of God renews our minds to the Truth of who we are in Him. We are reminded of our position seated with Christ Jesus in Heavenly places.
