Colombia Yacuanquer

  Our washed Colombian coffees are at peak freshness, this is a co-op microblend from Proyecto Recoloctores. We bought a smaller parcel last year, and being really happy with the quality we contracted a larger parcel for offer this season.  Peak Narino flavor profile on this lot, red apple acidity, candy bar Baby Ruth for days and a tropic note like Lychee in there as well. Colombia is one of our most favorite origins to roast and visit.
